Happy Heinys One-Size Snap Care Instructions:

Store wet and dirty diapers in a dry pail. Older babies' solid waste should be removed by gently shaking the diaper over a toilet. The fleece will release solids easily - there is no need to rinse them before washing.

Remove the inserts after changing soiled diaper.  Cold Soak for 10-20 minutes depending on the level of dirt. Wash on hot with slightly less than 1/4 cup of detergent.  A Downy ball of vinegar may be added to the wash, if the diapers have a heavy urine scent.  Rinse well to ensure all detergent is removed from diapers.  Dry on high heat. The high heat of the dryer will keep your Happy Heinys functioning like new.

Wahmies One Size Pocket Diaper All Snap Version Use:

1. Make sure the rise setting works for your baby.  For newborn and smaller babies, adjust the rise by snapping down the front of the diaper to the appropriate setting. Once you have adjusted the rise, you can leave it snapped down even after it is soiled even in the washer and the dryer.  No need to reset it each time.
   
2. Next add an insert. 
3. Close tabs around your baby for a secure fit.
4. If your diaper does not seem to be fitting properly around your baby's leg or seems bulky in the bottom, you may need to make the rise shorter. These diapers are designed to fit under the belly. Generally, shortening up the rise can make your diaper fit much better.

Rump•a•rooz® One Size Reusable Diaper Care Instructions:

BREAST FED POO:
Just roll up the dirty diaper until you can get to your diaper pail or even wait till wash time...no need to pre rinse or anything cause breast fed baby poo will dissolve in the wash.

GET DIAPERS WASH READY:
Un-fasten and un-roll the diapers.
Slip the insert out and into the pail or wash.
Fasten the velcro tabs to the laundry tab so that they do not snag on each other white in the wash.
Dump in the washer.

WASH:
First run a cold rinse to loosen up and discard of and poo remnants.
Add detergent - ONLY ADD 1/2 - 1/4 THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT FOR THE APPROPRIATE SIZE LOAD.
Wash with a cold rinse.
Dry in dryer or hang dry (extends the life of your flannels especially)...if you can let them hang dry in the sun once in a while, the sun will take out any discoloration that may have appeared over time.

DETERGENT:
There really is no right or wrong way to wash your diapers,
but there IS a right and wrong detergent.
It will benefit you to research your detergents carefully
and find one that will work best for you and your baby.
Not every detergent works well for everyone.
Sensitive skin and even your water type can make a difference.

Important to AVOID in detergents:

• Enzymes - may cause severe irritation (found in TIDE, etc.)
• Fabric Softener - will make diapers less absorbent & cause repelling
• Brighteners - may cause irritation and also leave residue that will cause a stinky diaper
  
• Scents - may cause irritation, even on babies with no history of sensitive skin

Organic cotton inners must be washed/dried on hot 3 times prior to first use and WILL NOT reach it's full absorbency until approximately 6-8 washes.

• Wash hot, tumble dry before use
• Remove as much solid matter as possible.
• Place soiled soaker pads in a dry diaper pail - no soaking is necessary.
• Wash every 2 days.
• Start with a cold rinse.
• Wash in hot water with half the amount of recommended detergent.
• Do an extra rinse if desired.
• Tumble dry or hang outside for extra freshness and to remove stains.
• Do NOT use bleach, enzyme cleaners or fabric softeners.
